A Managed Parking Event is a parking event managed by PARQ where the parking fee is not processed through PARQ's integrated payment system.

Do parking payments processed through PARQ use my MPE allowance?

No. Parking events paid through PARQ's integrated payment system do not consume your MPE allowance.

What happens if I exceed my monthly MPE allowance?

Additional MPEs are billed at your regional rate. If you regularly exceed your allowance, moving to the next plan usually gives better value.

What are the transaction fees?

Transaction fees vary by region, payment provider, payment method and customer setup. We confirm the relevant processing costs in your proposal.
